Celebrity Judges
Vendors are judged by a panel of more than 30 local print, radio, and television personalities who sample the delectable offerings of more than 50 of Baltimore’s best restaurants, caterers, and chocolatiers and assume the very difficult task of choosing Chocolate Affair winners in
nine award categories.
