Auction Review

The Live and Silent auctions were the highlight of the evening, bringing competitive bidding fun to a delicious soiree. All items were donated by area businesses and friends of Health Care for the Homeless. Auctioneering services were provided by A.J. Billig and Co. Auctioneers.

All proceeds further the direct service, education, and advocacy work of Health Care for the Homeless.

A "taste" of the "sweet" live auction items available at the 2010 event:

• Sun and Surf at Folly Beach
  Experience what locals fondly refer to as the “Edge of America.” The seemingly endless beaches
  provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the pleasures of a Front Beach House
  in South Carolina that sleeps six and provides immediate access to sand and surf and convenient proximity to the charming Charleston. Donated by Ms. Joy Munster.
• Dress to Impress!
  Live like the stars and have Victor Rossi design a stunning gown to your specifications. The Victor Rossi design house has clients that span the gambit from television and film stars to Olympic athletes. With their diligent attention to detail and consistent client satisfaction, you’re sure to have a great time looking good! Donated by Victor Rossi.
• Hot Yankees Tickets in the Governor’s Box
  Enjoy 6 tickets to the Yankee vs. Orioles game on April 28th. If that’s not enough, you will have
  the convenience of premium parking spaces. Donated by Governor Martin O’Malley.
• Take Me Out to the Ball Game
  Invite 19 of your closest friends to root for the home team in the Mayor’s skybox. You’ll have the run of the entire skybox at a mutually-agreed-upon game during the regular 2010 Baseball Season. (Catering not included). Donated by the Mayor of Baltimore.
• Hangin’ with a Legend: The Catcher of Camden Yard
  Win this package and you’ll join Rick Dempsey as he autographs your new catcher’s mitt on the
